- Damages caused by water, fire, flood, getting hit by other objects, and other fortuitous events.
- Damages caused by pets, pests, cockroaches, rats, and other rodents including insect infestations.
- Unit is exposed in outdoors (garage, pool area, patio, etc.), making it exposed to sun, rain, dust, and moisture.
- Damages occurred during shipment (claims must be presented to shipper).
- Home service fee, repair service fee, and travel expenses for field service.
- Removal and installation charges are not covered.
